Caineville (Swingarm City)

Caineville Utah otherwise known as Swingarm City is such a unique riding area. Riders come here from all over to ride. Mainly because of the freestyle motocross videos that have been filmed here. If you get a chance, make Caineville a destination to ride and explore at least once. There's a whole lot more riding here than the massive jumps that this place got famous.
It's a "freeride" area which means you're free to ride anywhere in the designated areas. No real trail system has been established but don't let that stop you from exploring the area. There are short trails on top of the steep "spines" as well as zig-zag trails within the tight canyon walls of dirt. This is a pretty neat place that any rider will enjoy. Directions: 38.366019, -110.915194 From Green River: Head west on I-70 for about 10 miles to exit 149. Turn left (south) onto Hwy 24 for 44 miles to Hanksville. In Hanksville continue on Hwy 24 for about 12 miles. Swingarm City is on the right. From Salina: Follow Hwy 24 for 105 miles. This route takes you through the scenic Capitol Reef National Park. Continue past Caineville to Swingarm City. |
