Stansbury Front Trail

Stansbury Front Trail is located in Tooele County, west of Grantsville.
The entire trail is approximately 24 miles long but plan on 48 miles round trip. This isn't a loop so depending on where you start you will need come back on the same trail. We've been able to ride both ways on a stock gas tank on both 2-stroke and 4-stroke. This trail doesn't eat up the gas. On the down hills your bike is mostly idle and not consuming much fuel at all. Elevation starts around 6000 ft and rises upward of 8300 ft. There are steep climbs and tight switch backs. Yes it can get rocky and loose in some sections but its the rocky side hills that get a little technical. This isn't a good trail for beginners. It will be a challenge for novice riders and more advanced riders will enjoy the technical sections of the trail.
