Moab Rim
|
Difficulty: 5 of 5
Miles: 5+ Moab Rim is along the same stretch of road as Kane Creek and Pritchett Canyon. it's a short trail ride but a fun one. It is steep and never lets off until you reach the top. There are some tough technical spots for a dirt bike but It's worth checking out. It's all slick rock until you get to the top where it turns to sand. The trail overlooks the Green River and rides right along the cliff edges. They are getting restrictive on where you can travel so be careful. Directions: The best way to find the trail head is to turn west at McDonalds in Moab and then turn left on South Kane Creek Road at the junction. About 2.5 miles from the junction is a small parking area right at the bottom of Moab Rim. Map:
